Referrals for visitors

I j swear as that we can refer place a referral for a visitor to our chapter. However, there is no BNI option or Other I. The drop down box for the “To” section of the referral. This is important to me.

  Great to hear from you, hope all is well!

  While interaction with guests and visitors is a very important part of BNI and is highly encouraged, the 1 to 1 and referral activity is only tracked in the PALMS report between ACTIVE chapter members. This was developed in accordance with BNI policy.

  Closed business, however, is able to be tracked for both visitors and chapter alumni and these fields are available at the bottom of the drop down selection when entering an online TYFCB slip.

  So I'm curious about this too - I thought I saw a way to give a visitor a referral - is this something that used to be there and isn't?
