121 Meetings

Pls enhance app to use slips for scheduling meeting with a ouch notification to members calendars, then have a follow up section for matters discussed. This will avoid duplicate entry.

Another enhancement would be to allow members to post a calendar of open spots when they are available for 121. Helps new members find times.

  I am sure that by now we must have the technology to allow BNI members to schedule a 121 on the App.

  Something similar to Calendly hat will automatically send a request to your diary -

  To make sure that the meeting happen the meeting request can be left pending till you actually have the meeting in which case you can just tick it off when you go in to schedule another 121.

  It will also help to remind you of intended 121's that you need to follow up on.

  I find that I often plan to have a 121 and then something happens and before you know it a couple of months has gone by and you still have not had your 121... 

  If the App become a handy tool to help reduce the admin burden, more members will use it and we will have better stats and less nagging people to remember to update.....
