@all - this is a known bug and we have the resolution coming soon in one of the next releases - thanks for your patience!

    Completely agree. It's inconvenient now.

After the meeting we have breakfast and should be able to see whom of the guests to talk to.

Rollover should be available all the meeting day and should happen earliest next morning.

    Cheers!

I wouldn't have an issue if it rolled over at 0830, but it seems to rollover at around 0800 when we're still having the 10 minute presentation, so it is there one minute and then when you go to review the report to stand up during the contribution round, it has gone!

Now most weeks I screen grab it at the beginning of the meeting or the night before, but it seems silly for it to rollover when it is a standard time for the meeting to still be in progress.

    Hi all,

This is controlled by chapter settings within BNI Connect. By default, a meeting start at 7am and last 90 minutes. Hence, a new week is started at 8.30am, resulted in roll over at that same time.

To change this, you will need to speak to your director consultant and request a change of meeting length to a time limit that the meeting is actually last.

    Hope this help!

    Dear Allan,

Thanks for the explanation. Of course I'll contact our your director consultant and request a change of meeting length.

On users side, don't you think it's inconvenient to make screenshots at the beginning of the meeting (like Cristian does)?

What's regards the guest list I would suggest, the app (or web version of BNI connect) keeps an easy accessible history of the guests for each meeting (other meeting information is dynamic and there is not need for keeping some state of it).
