    Hi John,

    I believe you may be referring to the failed login recently due to system downtime. Those events are not planned and caused login issues. The password is not altered or required change. It was a system glitch that prompted you error with a wrong username or password. Sorry for the inconvience.

    Note: This may happen again from time to time because development team is constantly upgrading the system to serve members better. Hope you understand.
