Suggestion for PALMS

Hi, I love the app but as a new member it would be useful to have the PALMS report easy to see with maybe a pop up suggestion or two on how to improve the traffic light system the fastest way. Thanks for your time reading this.

  @hannah - it is always great when we get suggestions from brand new members because they see things with fresh eyes that long time users\members may have forgotten.  We will certainly add this to our list for future consideration.  Thank you so much for raising it and have a phenomenal weekend!
