Can’t register a visitor in the app

    Thank you for posting.

    When you register a visitor, an email is sent to the Leadership Team and Visitor Hosts, to help them prepare for the visitor.  The member who enters the visitor with not receive an email unless they are also a Visitor Host.  The visitor should receive a reminder email. If they do not, please let us know through this link: https://bniconnect.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so that we may research the issue.
