Can’t register a visitor in the app
Hello,
Anytime I have tried to register a visitor through the app the past few months, no emails for registration have been sent out to me or the person I invite. Has anyone else had these issues?

When you register a visitor, an email is sent to the Leadership Team and Visitor Hosts, to help them prepare for the visitor. The member who enters the visitor with not receive an email unless they are also a Visitor Host. The visitor should receive a reminder email. If they do not, please let us know through this link: https://bniconnect.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so that we may research the issue.Thank you!
