Refer outside my country

How can I make referals to other countries bni members? Same problem 1-2-1 and saying thanks for recommendations.

  @linas @rida - @allan is correct as usual!  This is coming VERY SOON but will be dictated at a national level.  Please contact your Executive Director for more information about this upcoming feature.

  This will be available end of this year!

  That being said, it is still required permission from your National Director to activate this feature.
