It is embarrassing to have to ask someone to whom you have given business (especially when that business is personally given) whether they have put in the TYFB on the app so it is counted in the stats.
This is incredibly important (to acknowledge that a referral has converted to business) yet it doesn't appear to have been included as a notification. At the Member Success Training there was a lot of emphasis on doing the TYFB but yet the system doesn't support it.
Equally it is embarrassing to know that if you have put in a TYFB to another member that that member doesn't see your thanks as a notification. They must often wonder did you bother to do it and try to find it on the monthly/weekly stats.
If this was fixed urgently there would be a lot of happy members ;~)
