We would like a designed database to record emails, dates of emails and prospective visitor names so that we can hold members accountable to email prospective members on a weekly basis. For example we would like members Inviting 2 Emailed Perspective Visitors per week. Currently, we would have to tell members to write on a piece of paper the names of the perspective visitors and bring them to the meetings.
It would be great if we could cut out this paper step and the Leadership can do one simple report showing the list of emails sent by each members. This can become a really great campaign to keep our chapters growing. Please advise and contact me for further explanation.
