Link TYFCB to New Referral
In the app, as it works today, you enter your thank you for closed business and submit. Then you need to call, text or email the member to tell them they can enter a new referral for you under that clients name. As someone receiving Tier 13 referrals now, it works be so much easier and more efficient if there was a radio button on the app when submitting TYFCB that asks, "Is this a new referral?" "Yes" or "No".
If yes, you can select the members name from the chapter drop down list or search for a global member, similar to giving a referral now. Once completed, the app logs the closed business and credits said member with the referral point. If the user selects "No"under new referral, it just submits the closed business as it does today.
It would make taking referrals and closed business far more efficient and would only require an IF statement and a quick database search query.

I think what I was about to post is what the above post does. At the moment, a little bugbear of mine is the complete discord between the number of referrals to the TYFB to the number of Testimonials. I think there should be an option, like a pipeline, for each referral given (something simple like "yet to contact", "contacted, an appointment made", " Sale progressing" and "sale closed", for example. And an extension to that, when the "Sale Closed" option is ticked, if it was a positive "Sale" a question about the value and linking directly to enter TYFB. Then, finally, a gentle nudge to "Do you want to leave a Testimonial".
So, this way it all ties in and I suspect we would end up seeing, higher, more realistic TYFB and Testimonials.
