If 1-2-1 meeting data is filled by either of the two members, there shouldn't be duplicacy when the other members does entry of the same meeting.

  @kuldip - if another member enters the same data they will get a warning asking them if they are SURE they want to duplicate the entry and the option to cancel.  They should also see this on the feed in order to avoid the entry as well.
