An idea: What if we could add a drop down option for "BNI Applicants" so that the Membership Committee's could get credit for the countless hours they spend doing interviews with potential BNI members. Many of our Power Team and MC members have expressed how much time they spend with applicants but not getting credit for it.

  @kristin - I think this one is probably best to be redirected to the IBOA - the International Board of Advisors.  I think what you are really asking about is a change in the definition of what a 121 is to include other activities besides 121 meetings between two members.  OR to create a new category of recognition separate from the 121 to record other time dedicated to helping and growing the chapter.  Either way - great idea and we will make note of it, though it may need clarification and or policy change before a technical one is done.
