Chapter traffic lights

Hey Jeremy - Explaining why the numbers are important to track is much easier after I explain the context of the traffic lights and give people some understanding of how a group ranks in the overall system. It would be lovely for members to see their traffic lights as a chapter within the app. Just wanting what is difficult here, that’s all :)
