Can only do on PC or Mac-not app. If you change a date and move people up, you have to delete and re-add all.

  Agree need to be able to change speaker field. If we have a cancellation on our speaker, we have to delete all speakers after that and reenter them. Big pain makes keeping speaker rotation easily outdated.

  Oh is this still all true.  In that case it would not make sense to use this function. Can someone let me know. I was pushing them to use it but if you have to delete all to replace a speaker or something this would cause more work.  Was trying to save time. Or how do most people use it.  Do they just put in the speakers like a week or two in advance? let me know.
