I track the referrals I give and follow up on them to ensure I am giving good quality leads. This also allows me to track the business I am passing.

It would be a great help to be able to see a breakdown of the TYFB figure I have been given. This allows me to chase those who haven't logged yet and give them a nudge!

  @cheryl - referral tracking is now available and if you submit TYFCB on a referral you received it will show for you that it was input for that referral.  However, other people submitting TYFCB for referrals you have given is 100% anonymous, there is no indication.  Follow up would need to be manual.
