Guest Notification
When we register a guest, the app asks for the prefix (Mr., Mrs., Dr., etc), although it appears the email that goes to the customer doesn’t use that. For example: I entered a registration for a doctor (chiropractor) & the email was addressed to his first name, which isn’t very professional.

@brian - you are correct - we do collect this as part of the form but this is not included in most of the email templates. However, this is an option that some countries use in their template. For example, in the US we mostly use the first name without any prefix. However, in Germany, they use the prefix (Mr, Ms, etc...) and the last name as a more formal greeting.
If you feel it should be more formal, please speak with your Executive Director as they have control over this setting in the system.
