Search terms to find members by skills/info from profile

Hi Team, thanks for podcast 540 to let me know how to contact you!

I'd love to have the ability to search members by skills - info from their profile ie. not just profession. For example our company Scaada Group holds the Commercial Property Advisory and Support category in the Bay city chapter in Geelong. I've listed occupational hygiene in the profile but would love to be able to see if there are any other members in this space.
