Matching of referral slips submitted in BNIC and palms report

I submitted 3 referrals slips on 16 August to 3 of my chapter members. However, when I check on PALMS report, only 1 was appeared on 16 Aug report while 2 were appeared on 23 Aug. For your informations our meeting is held on every Thursday. How could this happen? When is the cut off date or time? It mess up VP's job in doing the audit check and key in.
I suggest that this apps should include the date when submitting referral slips.

  @vivian and @alan - so sorry, slight correction....

  The cutoff time is THE MEETING END TIME.  So if your meeting is Thursday from 7-8:30, at 8:31 a new BNI Week begins and entered slips will go towards the NEXT MEETING.

  Hi Vivian,

  The cut off day & time is always set at meeting day 12AM GMT. Meaning if your chapter's meeting is on Thursday, the cut off is Thursday 8AM on normal day, or 7AM during DST (daylight saving time) in Malaysia. For Sabah in August, it is set at 7AM every Thursday morning.

  So, if you submit your slips after 7AM, it is sent to the following week (in this case 23rd August).

  This is what I would suggest. Inform your members to submit all slips on Wednesday BEFORE 12AM midnight to avoid disputes and cause confusions.
