@brad - great to hear from you! Currently, if you hit the SHARE button you should be able to start an email to anyone through the app. It will use whatever native mail software is on your device as BNI Connect does not have an internal email system at this time.
That said, we have marked this down as a suggestion and will add a vote for this for future development.
