BNI Connect Updates
When BNI Connect is updated why do I have to lose the connection to the app? I know it’s a pain for people to re enter their usernames and passwords

@david - normally, you shouldn't be losing connection to the app during an upgrade. Over the past few months we HAVE lost connection a number of times, but that was due to other issues we were having in the system and having to do urgent patches that required restarting a lot of services that don't normally get restarted. That said, if this continues to be an issue, the next time it happens please submit a support ticket and we will look at it in "real time". This suggestion forum is only monitored once every week or two.
