All data submitted by members in every week needs to be verified and closed by VP in the PALMS. When that happens, the status will change from "Draft" to "Completed". Only then the numbers will be updated.

I am having the same issue. I have spoken with my VP and he said he is not sure what the problem is. But none of my information seems to have entered in properly since I started in September/October 2020, which was also when the board members changed over. Could this be why my app is still incorrect? How can I get help correcting the issue?0
