Referral/Thank you note received is not showing, referral to other chapter as Bni option is not seen now.

When someone enters a Referral or thank you notes to us, it has to be seen on our app, then and there. But unfortunately the app's purpose is not served these days. It is not showing here anymore.

  It will show only when the PALMS report is submitted by VP. Data is pending confirmation.
