How often do the home page stats update on the app? I’ve entered £1000s of thank yous in the last 24 hours, but the numbers haven’t changed.

I expected it to be live, are my ambitions unreasonable?

  Is there any ability to drill down on the numbers to see how they are made up and check any missed business?

  Hi david, I’m referring to the App so you can drill down. But I’m also talking about the thank you’s I’m personally adding so that number should go up but so far still hasn’t.

  I’m curious to know what the time lag is? As you can force a refresh of that screen, but it doesn’t seem to do anything, is this a fault or a future point of developement?

  Hi Mr Fleming,
  It's my understanding that the stats will take effect when the PALMS report goes from "draft" to "submitted" by the VP. Then, all the operations from the week register in your cumulative.
  
  Check with your VP to see if and when the PALMS is usually reported and submitted.

  Hi All,

  François is correct. All data submitted by members in every week needs to be verified and closed by VP in the PALMS. When that happens, the status will change from "Draft" to "Completed". Only then the numbers will be updated.

  @Christian, to drill down in any part of the stats (except TYFCB Given), you will need to go to BNI Connect web and pull up reports (Review TYFCB, Review Referrals, etc).
