One to ones and referrals not registering

I’m concerned that my 121s and referrals that I record in my mobile app are not registering (not being counted) on my main app page

  Hi Patrick & Peter,

  All data submitted by members in every week (1-2-1, TYFCB, referral) needs to be verified and closed by VP in the PALMS. When that happens, the status will change from "Draft" to "Completed". Only then the numbers will be updated.
