Invisiting Vistors

When you're inviting a visitor is should give you the option on invite them for a particular date as at the more it's automatically defaults to the next meeting date, which does not go down well if you invited them for the week after

  Hi Saqib,

  For invitation email, there is no date specified if the official email template is used. Please check with your DC / ED to clarify it.

  Having said that, you can change the date when you are registering them. All meeting dates are highlighted for you to choose from the calendar when you press on Date field.
