Is there a way to create a visitor registration for another chapter?

Is there a way to create a visitor registration for another chapter?   I have a specific classification which I know is open in another chapter (already filled in the one I attend) and I'd like to register them to attend.

  Hi Kris,

  Visitor invitation is always personal (or rather system limitation). If you wish to register the visitor to another chapter, you can always use the chapter website and click on Visit This Chapter button. Alternatively, you can also use Visit a Chapter link in regional website.
