GDPR issue

Hi. Requiring a phone number on referral slips is a breach of the GDPR regulations since this would be passing details onto a third party system which requires the express permission of the person whose data it is. So we are forces to put garbage numbers in order to complete the form. A referral form should be able to be completed without any personal information of the third party being entered at all.
