USABILITY BUG: phone Number is mandatory field in references

Often you just have an email address for rederences you whish to give, but YOU CANNOT GIVE ANY REFERENCE WITHOUT PHONE NUMBER!

  @lorenzo -  This was designed this way because the original "bare minimum" requirement was that "they are willing to accept your call" and in that fashion the phone number field was made mandatory.  Once that policy in BNI changes, it will be easier to have this removed!  Hope this helps!
