I very much agree.  Anything that can be done to make us more easily aware of our traffic light positioning and what we need to do to improve would make a real difference.

  @tina and @david - right now the traffic lights is not a global standard, at least not yet. Once that has become standardized we should be one step closer to being able to include it in the system.  Thanks for your patience!

  Agreed with Tania here. I’d also like to know about my “rolling 6 month statistics” on the home page. In fact, I’d rather see that than my 12 month summary so I know what I need to catch up on to be the best “power of one” member I can be!

  I agree, as a newer (less than a year) member, I went to a training where they put individuals on a spreadsheet with these "traffic light" scores, and I had never heard of it, and felt kind of blindsided. If you are tracking it on me, shouldn't I be able to track it as well?

  I am sure the longer I get to know how the system works the better I'll become to be a positive member of the chapter.
