For traffic light if TYFCB is maintained for long term would be better or some other recognition may be kept.

  @sundara - this one is another national office decision  :- )  However, with that said, one of the reasons that the TYFCB is excluded from many reports is that it is something that is input by a referral partner and not done by the member themselves.  In other words, most of the traffic light is based on what YOU can control, where you cannot control what others input.
