Great to hear from you, hope all is well!
The TYFCB slips online was modeled directly inline with the official paper slips program in BNI. In the paper version, the TYFCB is an anonymous entry (for many reasons, some of them for client confidentiality).
From the BNI Slips document (http://support.bniconnect.com/entries/40561363-BNI-Slips-Program-Overview):
Note: By assigning this amount to the person who gave the referral resulting in the business, this
will preserve confidentiality of each individual’s income. In addition, this will show each member’s value as a “referral giver” to the other members of the chapter.Although a notification and\or seeing both sides of the transaction may be desired by some, it could be "illegal" for others. Most notably this could cause doctors, lawyers and other professionals to not be able to participate in the TYFCB process.
In the meantime, the best way to make another member aware is by letting them know and, if there is mutual agreement, announcing it during the "I have" portion of the meeting.
Hope this helps!

Google Translate:
It happens sometimes, strangely enough, that a member makes a thank you for the business without a recommendation entered is associated.
It also happens that some members do not remember if they have or not registered the thank you for the business of a recommendation. To avoid these differences, we could imagine that from a given recommendation, we can register a MPB. In this way, we could remind the co-member that he forgot to take the recommendation.
Also, an icon could be visible on the recommendations given when a MPB is associated with it.Finally this could allow to add a statistic which in my opinion is missing in the PALMS and the group reports: the rate of transformation of the recommendations. It would be calculated simply by the ratio: # of recommendation with associated MPB / # of total recommendation

Thank you for your reply.
I know perfectly the obligations of confidentiality and did not wish to question them.
I probably did not speak well or did not sufficiently explain the idea.
Currently, when a member enters a TYFCB, the only information stored in the database is the amount and name of the member being acknowledged. It will not change. Still, the app records the additional revenue earned. I guess this figure is saved locally and not in the database. This principle will not change.
The idea is very simpler. When we want to make a TYFCB, currently we click on coupon then TYFCB. My proposal is to add a shortcut that will allow access to the TYFCB interface from a received referral. Thus the TYFCB will be pre-populated with only the name of the member who made the referral and the information sent to the database would be identical.
In fact, more information would be sent to the database: 1 converted refferal. Without other confidential data.
This very simple system will make it possible to save the member time and especially not to forget to thank a member.
And to obtain an additional statistic: the rate of refferal converted into real business.

I understand and it should be linked in the BD so we avoid searching and spending time instead of doing business. Also Jeremy I felt by your answer you didn't want to pursuit it and the old way on paper can't be the same on digital app. This should help us to do more with less time.
