1-to-1 comments for both members

Two comments sections that each member can log their notes for the 1-to-1 meeting they had. Example: I met with Pat yesterday. We had a great talk about a variety of topics. Pat wrote in the comments that we talked about possible referrals but I wanted to add more detailed comments for the meeting to log so I can remember what we talked about next time we have a 1-to-1. Since Pat logged the 1-to-1, I can't write my own notes about it. Both members should be aple should to write separate notes for the meeting.

  @PJ - that makes complete and total sense - neither 121 partner should necessarily "own" the comments and both should be able to make notes.  We have some other ideas around this in our list as well, such as being able to schedule 121's - we will add this as an item to review along with that potential future functionality.  Thank you so much!
