Why do we have to precise phone number?

  Hi Cyril,

  Card given indicates that you have given member's card to your client (referral), not the other way around. So, a phone number is still needed to inform your referral partner (member) about the client. You may have sent client's card via other means, but that is not "Card Given".

  Hope this explains it.
