Functionality to register substitute

Having an ability to register a substitute to take up your seat while you’re away is becoming a serious need. I’ve read other relating posts calling out for this and @JeremyWalsh’s update to this being on the cards is helpful.

  @michael - thanks for the suggestion!  This one is also on the list and we will add this as a +1 for that future function.  Kindly note this will require some fundamental backend database changes as we currently do not have a way to differentiate between visitors, guests, subs, etc...  We hope to have a way to do that someday and then be able to consider this as well.
