BNI App
create an option to add a sub onto the BNI app and BNI connect/website.
once the sub is registered, do the 2 following automated tasks:
- Send an email to the person who is the 'Sub', telling them the details about the meeting i.e. when and where and give them all the info they need to know prior to the meeting.
- Similar to the BNI prospective visitors automated email system, send a notification about the sub automatically to the Chapter President, VP and Visitors Hosts to notify them who is coming and who is not.
Subs are very common in BNI and it will make it easier for members to get their subs along and efficiently keep the Leadership Team informed.
