    @susan - thank you so much for the suggestion and apologies for any inconvenience.  Our long term goal is to put in the infrastructure that allows us to roll out updates without any noticeable downtime, however that is still more than a year away. 

    Right now the Monday outages take place approximately once every two months to perform upgrades and enable new features. Based on our ongoing monitoring of usage statistics, that time period is our lowest usage period.
