Replies to referrals

When you get a referral I don't see the option to reply to the sender. Might be a good idea.

  @rodney - you are correct, but this would be a great idea!  We do have a suggestion for a more comprehensive "referral tracking" functionality and this would be a good thing to include in that.  Thanks for that and for the +1
