Loading substitutes

Would like the app to have a function to add a substitute correctly and be able to view chapter visitors list and members absence list

  @michelle - thank you so much for the suggestions.  One bit of good news is that we will be adding a summary page to the mobile app that will list the weekly visitors for the chapter.  The other ideas we have added to our list.  Thank you so much!
