Feedback and query request given 6 days ago and still no reply............................ very poor
i sent this email 6 days ago and have had no reply to it, if you want us to use this system then you need to make it compatible with all tablets, phones etc....etc...., the compatibility with every device should have been one of the first items addressed when building it, we are in the age of technology are we not..................
Hi the app is not user friendly on my iPad the fonts are very big can this be amended

You are correct on all points! The app is not currently compatible with tablet devices and indeed we do live in an age of rapidly advancing technology.
At this point in time, we intentionally chose to concentrate on the mobile phone platform because although we live an a tech world, we are also constrained by time and money and in order to provide the best possible experience for the highest percentage of users we went with the #1 devices that most people would have with them on the go and at their meetings.
Our current focus right now is to continue to add features, though at some point we will be revisiting multiple platforms, though possibly in a way where the original website may be more compatible and mobile friendly for devices such as tablets.
