Invitation to Visitors via App- Notification to Chapter

Please can you add a section to the Notification to Leadership team when a visitor is added to the app. At the moment it does not let you know who has invited the visitor so several people are contacting the visitor and it does annoy the visitor. We have had visitors not turn up due to the ‘hassle’ they have had from all the phone calls. Please put in a section where it tells you who has invited the visitor and it should be up to them to keep in contact with their visitor. The notification. Looks exactly the same as the email sent by HQ when they have diverted a visitor to a particular chapter to visit. Then someone from the LT should contact them.

  Great to hear from you - hope all is well!  I have checked your region's email templates and the email notification should include the 

  Invited by (if known) - ##invitedby##

  However, that is only if the visitor fills out that field.  If you feel that changes in the template are warranted, please contact your Executive director as these are controlled on a local basis.
