Suggestion for Visitor Invite Form Changes for future delivery date

I have had numerous members come to me regarding inviting visitors at a future date instead of the next scheduled meeting. Would be nice to have a future delivery date like Outlook and other email clients.

  @Jeffrey - Allan (as usual) is correct - it is an open invitation.  That said, there are similar requests to be able to invite people for specific dates, such as a visitor day.  We will add this suggestion to that list - thank you!

  Hi Jeffrey,

  The invitation letter that is sent has no actual date specify. In fact, you can set your own date by typing in the message box provided. That way, you can preset any personal message including the date.

  For the actual RSVP email, the date can be set. Do have a look there.
