Search option not on Front screen of App on some phones - Is this intentional or a OS Version / Screen Size Issue

Jeremy, I see the cross chapter /region / country Search. Where pushing the app in our chapter in a big way.

We have noticed on some smaller phones (small samsung and iPhone 6) the search button is not on the front screen. Similar to this https://www.mobileaction.co/app/ios/in/bni-connect-mobile/1212875170  from BNI India.

If not on front screen, where in the phone app do we find the search option -See My phone at the bottom and the top one  from BNI India Site - we are seeing BNI India types screens on smaller screen smartphones
