121 ' s and getting the data from the App

I've been asked to be our 121 coordinator and I know that there must be away of downloading the information as to who has done a 121 with whom.this would make things so much quicker and easier if we had a way of quickly getting that info and putting into a spreadsheet to then work with.??

  @robert - the history of the 121's is available in two places, though you need to log into the full website at www.bniconnect.com in order to access it.  On the homepage, a member can review all of their 121 slips in the 121 report.  The leadership team can also see the chapter's weekly activity using the slips audit report that is part of the weekly PALMS report.  Hope this helps!
