BNI Plus Regional Support Team Email Addresses
There is an issue with adding regional support team members. When I try to add a DC to the Contacts Page at https://americas.bniplus.com/#/admin/contacts, I get an error message:
Email already in use by the following Chapter > Member: BNI...
The only way I can do it is to get another email address form the member and use that one.
This is an inconvenience for both the member (now needing 2 public email addresses and two logins) and for the support person setting up BNI Plus at the regional level, having to contact this member.
Can BNI Plus be modified to allow members of the regional support team who are also chapter members, to use the same email address for both their own chapter and the chapters they support?
