Rename „Besucher“ to „Erstbesucher“

For many german speaking members, the difference between „Besucher“ (Visitor) and „Gast“ (Guest) is unclear. Therefore very often, the guests and visitors are not registered correctly. It would therefore be good to rename „Besucher“ to „Erstbesucher“ (first time visitor)

  Gets my support - "many" is likely 99% (who do not see any logic in the current/old wording).
