One-to-Ones and Accountability

It would be great to have the 2nd person of the logged One-to-One slip have to agree that the meeting they had with the 1st person was indeed a One-to-One. This is about accountability as well as ensuring that both of the members in attendance agree with the meeting being called a One-to-One, and not just a coffee catch up (or a telephone conversation, etc).

  Agree with this! I’ve had members’ five minute phone calls with me get logged as a 121!
