Visitor not getting update in connect

I have visitor last meeting on 22 October but not getting update in connect .i have put complaint in mc committee but till now no update

  @kailish - There are 2 steps before the credit is given in the PALMS.  First, the VH has to mark the attendance.  Then the VP has to confirm the credit. Also note, only FIRST TIME visitors are counted.  If there is an issue with data collection, please contact your leadership team or director consultant.
