thank you note to a member from  another chapter- not synched

When I write a thank you note to a member from  another chapter it doesn't show  on my connect report in the week's business statements.

  @זאב בין - this is by design.  When you thank someone for business, it goes to the TYFCB column of their PALMS. If that person is in another chapter, it will show up in that chapter's PALMS, not yours.  Therefore, there is nothing to report in your chapter as the activity is recorded in another chapter.
