Follow up on Bni meetings / 1 2 1s

I was chatting with someone in a 1  2  1 gains and we both commented upon the fact that both of us were really bad at following up on continued 1  2  1s   

We wondered if BNI would then remind us as we already book our 1  2  1s through BNI and BNI could keep a tract on when we last had a 1  2  1 with that person?

Then say after 5 or 6 or 8 weeks later, remind us to have another 1 2 1 with that person, thereby increasing our visibility and continued growth in 1  2  1s etc,. ?  

Anyone else thinks this is ok?  or have we missed where we tick in the box for this to take place?
