Registering visitors
Hello. I registered a visitor for this week’s meeting and the app said it was “successful “. Why isn’t our leadership team able to see the visitor? Also, why is there no visitor history available for me to see?

Jason - this usually means that there was an INVITE sent, which is not recorded. They will need to register or you can use the registration option rather than invite. If this doesn't seem to be the case, please send the details to ticket@bniconnect.com for the support team to troubleshoot!

A mi me ha pasado lo mismo. Debería haber un registro de visitantes. Hay alguna razón por la cual no lo hay?
